The Migraine Alliance
This awareness campaign challenges the common misconception that migraine is “just a headache,” reframing it as a serious and chronic condition. Through bold visual storytelling and messaging, the project aims to reduce stigma, build empathy, and validate the lived experiences of millions affected by chronic migraine. Migraine is often minimized or misunderstood, leaving sufferers to navigate both physical pain and social disbelief. That is the campaign’s core insight: dismissal can be as damaging as the condition itself.
Using immersive visuals and emotionally driven narratives, the work invites audiences to experience the disorientation, sensitivity, and isolation associated with migraine. The campaign balances striking, attention-grabbing design with an empathetic tone, encouraging broader public understanding while empowering those who live with the condition to feel seen and represented.
